VIICA, the Vietnamese Investment & Immigration Association, is a Saskatchewan-registered not-for-profit organization. Its international engagement has evolved from relationship building toward a focused strategic-partnership platform.
VIICA helps convene stakeholders and explore cross-border cooperation opportunities. It is not a regulator, investment fund, commercial broker or certification authority.
Its three current strategic themes are critical materials, future energy and security and digital trust.
